Emily Maldavs Serious Headshot

Emily Maldavs is well versed in Vaganova, Cecchetti, Balanchine, and Paris Opera ballet techniques, Horton, Limon, Graham, and Cunningham modern techniques, and classical jazz, contemporary, improv, and tap. Miss Maldavs is returning from Point Park University in Pittsburgh where she studied under Dana Arey, Susan Stowe, Jay Kirk, Jennifer Edwards, Jason McDole, Keisha Lalama, Ruben Graciani, and Garfield Lemonius. She has previously studied under the tutelage of Racheal Hummel at True Dance. Emily has spent many summers at intensives such as NYCDA, Bossov Ballet Theatre, and Ballet Chicago. In addition to over 10 years of competitive experience, some of Emily’s performances include:

Emily is also an accomplished costumer spending the last 7 years apprenticing under JEM Creations, LLC, as well as assistant costuming and crewing for venues such as Pinewood Bowl, LCP, LMBC, and The Stage Theater
